Abstract
A path selection apparatusthat selects a path in a sensor tree in a wireless sensor network including a plurality of nodes including a sensor node and a relay node includes a node information acquisition unitthat acquires information on the nodes and a path determination unitthat determines a path in the sensor tree based on the information on the nodes acquired by the node information acquisition unit, wherein the path determination unituses node costs of the sensor node and the relay node in the wireless sensor network and weights a path cost of a path passing through the relay node.
