Abstract
The scroll compressor () includes a hermetic casing (); an electric motor () arranged within the hermetic casing (); an electrical box () attached to an outer surface of the hermetic casing (); and compressor power terminals () insulated from the hermetic casing () and electrically connected to the electric motor (), the compressor power terminals () protruding in the electrical box (), the electrical box ()] containing a control module () configured to control the electric motor (), control wires () connected to the control module (), and a terminal block assembly () configured to electrically connect the compressor power terminals () and the control wires () to external power leads () of an external power source.
