Abstract
The invention relates to a sanitary fitting (), at least comprising: —a fitting housing () having an outer surface (); —a radiation transmitter () or radiation receiver () which is arranged at least in part in the fitting housing (); and —a housing part () which covers, at least in part, the radiation transmitter () or radiation receiver () on the outer surface () of the fitting housing () and has a coating () that is translucent at least in part.
