Abstract
The present invention relates to a method for improving detection sensitivity of an object capacitance by applying driving voltages having different phases to different driving signal lines to reduce the amplitude of a second sensing signal and increasing the difference between the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal. In addition, a driving voltage of a reverse phase is applied to the CDAs that do not detect an object, thereby contributing to an additional sensitivity improvement. The detection sensitivity of object capacitance is improved by increasing a ratio of charges stolen by a driving voltage in a reverse phase applied to a plurality of driving CDA compared to charges supplied by a driving voltage applied to a pair of driving CDA.
