Abstract
Provided is a signal processing circuit including an information detection unit () that detects signal bandwidth information indicating a bandwidth of a channel signal in a broadcast signal received by a receiving circuit () that receives the broadcast signal, and the signal bandwidth information is used for execution of a channel scan.
