Abstract
An image display method for a head mounted display () is disclosed. The head mounted display () includes a first display screen () and a second display screen (). In a first time period Sof an idisplay cycle T, the head mounted display () displays an iframe of a first image on the first display screen (). After stopping displaying the iframe of the first image, the head mounted display () displays an iframe of a second image on the second display screen () in a second time period Sof T. After the second time period, no image is displayed on the first display screen () and the second display screen (). According to the method, a peak current of a device when displaying an image can be reduced.
