Abstract

A soft magnetic powder has a composition represented by FeCuSiBMM′XAlTi(at %) (wherein M is at least one element selected from the group consisting of Nb and the like, M′ is at least one element selected from the group consisting of V and the like, X is at least one element selected from the group consisting of C and the like, and a, b, c, d, e, f, g, and h satisfy the following formulae: 0.1≤a≤3, 0<b≤30, 0<c≤25, 5≤b+c≤30, 0.1≤d≤30, 0≤e≤10, 0≤f≤10, 0.002≤g≤0.032, and 0≤h≤0.038), wherein a crystalline structure having a particle diameter of 1 to 30 nm is contained in an amount of 40 vol % or more.
