Abstract
A technique for a device () to manage a data flow () in a wireless communication system is described. As to a method aspect of the technique, a time period for which the data flow () has been inactive is obtained. The data flow () is defined by a Quality of Service, QoS, requirement of data associated with the data flow (). Based on the time period, it is determined to release a mapping between the data flow () and a radio bearer ().
