An antenna () according to the present disclosure includes a plate-shaped transparent dielectric member (), a patch antenna (), a ground plane (), and a transparent conductive film (). The patch antenna () is disposed on a front face () of the transparent dielectric member () and includes holes portions () inside the patch antenna (). The ground plane () is disposed on a back face () of the transparent dielectric member () and includes hole portions () inside the ground plane ().
