Abstract

Even in communication via a long-distance wireless link unit, a packet size is reduced and a packet transmission frequency is increased so that a moving device can be finely controlled. An instruction generation unit that generates a packet containing control information for a moving device, and a wireless communication unit that transmits the packet are included. The wireless communication unit includes a plurality of wireless link units that executes wireless communication in different frequency bands. In a case where the distance to the moving device is equal to or greater than a threshold value, the instruction generation unit generates a packet of a size smaller than that in a case where the distance is less than the threshold value, and calculates an allowable packet transmission frequency on the basis of the packet size, thereby executing high-frequency packet generation and transmission processing.
