The nipping member includes: a first region configured to face one end portion of the tape; a second region configured to face another end portion of the tape; and a third region positioned between the first region and the second region. The first region and an imaginary reference surface provide a first length in a third direction. The second region and the imaginary reference surface provide a second length in the third direction.
