A touch display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a touch display device. The touch display panel comprises a touch display region and a peripheral region. The touch display region comprises a through hole, a through hole detection region surrounding the through hole, and a transition connection region located between the through hole detection region and the peripheral region. The through hole detection region comprises an annular crack detection line and an annular isolation line.
