Abstract

This disclosure is directed to essential oils, and methods of their use in treating skin conditions. The skin conditions include those involving HRASmutant keratinocyte activity, wherein the essential oil inhibits said activity to treat and/or prevent skin cancer. Particularly, the present invention denotes to and composition for inhibiting and prevent skin carcinogenesis or BRAF inhibitor, a type of anti-cancer drug induced cutaneous side effect.
