Abstract
A peripheral information acquisition unit () acquires information relating to a first application () running in a terminal, information relating to control of the terminal, or information that can be acquired from a sensor included in the terminal, as peripheral information. The peripheral information acquired by the peripheral information acquisition unit () is accumulated in a peripheral information accumulation unit (). A dialogue interface unit () accepts input of information from a user and outputs information to the user. When the peripheral information accumulated in the peripheral information accumulation unit () and information input to the dialogue interface unit () satisfy a predetermined condition, a scenario control unit () causes the dialogue interface unit () to output information relating to execution of a second application () that is associated with the condition in advance.
