Abstract
In order for efficiently managing communications between a UE () and multiple SCSs (_-_), the UE () includes, in one message, multiple pieces of data to be transmitted to the SCSs (_-_), and sends the message to an MTC-IWF (). The MTC-IWF () receives the message from the UE (), and distributes the date to the SCSs (_-_). Each of the SCSs sends (_-_), to the MTC-IWF (), data to be transmitted to the UE () and an indicator that indicates for the SCSs (_-) the time tolerance until the data is transmitted to the UE (). The MTC-IWF () receives the data and the indicators from the SCSs (_-_), and determines when to forward the data to the UE () based on the indicators.
