Abstract
Techniques are described for using an identity management system. One of the methods includes providing access to a decentralized identity management system to a user. The method includes storing user identity information on the decentralized identity management system. The method includes enabling one or more other users to store reputation information associated with the user identity. The method also includes using the reputation information in a transaction with the user.
