Abstract

The present invention is in the field of pneumococcal capsular saccharide conjugate vaccines. Specifically, the present invention relates to sizedserotype 6A capsular polysaccharides, in particularserotype 6A capsular polysaccharides having the average size (e.g. M) of theserotype 6A capsular polysaccharide is between 100-1000 kDa, suitably conjugated to a carrier protein.
