The present invention relates to a Myoviridae bacteriophage Aer-HYP-3 (Accession number: KCTC 13479BP) isolated from nature, which has the ability to killbacteria and has the genome represented by SEQ ID NO: 1, and to a method of preventing and treating a disease caused bybacteria using a composition containing the same as an active ingredient.
