In a top view, the first opening region is adjacent to the second opening region, the first opening region overlaps a first power line of the plurality of power lines to define a first overlapping area, the second opening region overlaps a second power line of the plurality of power lines to define a second overlapping area, and the first overlapping area is different from the second overlapping area.
