Provided is a communication unit for implementing error processing in which a request for establishing connectivity to a Local Area Data Network (LADN) requested by a user equipment is rejected by a control device of a core network in a case that the connectivity to the LADN is not able to be provided in a 5GS. Further, a communication unit for implementing appropriate error processing that User Equipment performs in a case that a request for establishing connectivity to the LADN is rejected.
