Abstract
The disclosure provides a position changing device capable of reducing the size of the entire device in a plane. A position changing device () includes four pulley mechanisms (). In the pulley mechanism (), a toothed belt () is wound around a driving pulley () and a driven pulley (), and is held between the driving pulley () and an idler roller () by the idler roller () and held between the driven pulley () and an idler roller () by the idler roller (), and when the driving pulley () is driven by a driving mechanism (), the position of a movable base plate () is changed.
