Abstract
A method for enhancing skin moisture of a subject in need thereof includes administering to the subject a composition including a white roselle (cv.) extract. The white roselle extract is obtained by lysing a cell wall of a white roselle calyx by ice crystals and extracting the lysed white roselle calyx with a solvent.
