Abstract
An ESD protection device () is disclosed. More particularly, the ESD protection device is configured so that a gate electrode () and a capacitor electrode () electrically connected to a drain region () are spaced apart from each other by a preset distance, and partially or entirely overlap each other, thereby increasing a capacitance (Cgd) between the gate electrode and the drain region.
