Abstract

[Problem] To develop a technique that can stabilize the higher-order structure of a nucleic acid and can be used in analysis of nucleic acid structure. [Solution] This guanosine derivative compound is represented by formula 1. In the formula, one of Rand Rrepresents H, and the other represents any of H, OH, OCH, and F, Rrepresents a functional group that is for detection and that hasF, Rrepresents an amine-protecting group, Rrepresents a hydroxy group-protecting group, and Rrepresents an introduction group that is to be introduced into a nucleic acid oligomer. This guanosine derivative compound can be introduced as a part of a nucleic acid sequence, and the introduced nucleic acid oligomer stabilizes the higher-order structure in a nucleic acid, and enables dynamic detection byF NMR.
