A cup () or container assembly () having a lip () activated input feature. The lip () activated feature permits removal of the contents from the cup () or container () while mitigating against leaks and/or spills. The lid () includes a movable member () and a baffle (). The cup assembly () is constructed to have streamlined assembly method due to a reduced number of parts needing separation and/or improved connecting features.
