Abstract
The present invention provides a polypeptide capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier. In the present invention, C-terminal of the ziconotide is linked to N-terminal of a cell membrane penetrating peptide via one glycine to obtain a polypeptide capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier.
