Abstract

The present disclosure provides methods of treating COVID-19 by administering a pharmaceutical composition providing inhibition of severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) main protease (M) in a patient. The disclosure also provides other methods as well as pharmaceutical formulations for use in treating COVID-19 patients.
