Abstract

Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining first data, determining, based on the obtaining, a likelihood that the first data will be selected for use, and storing, based on the determining indicating that the likelihood is less than a first threshold, the first data in a storage device, wherein the storage device stores a plurality of data, and wherein the plurality of data is accessed from the storage device in an amount that is less than a second threshold, the second threshold being less than 5%.
