Abstract
Disclosed herein, are antibody-polymer-drug conjugates. The conjugate comprises a targeting moiety, one or more polymers, and one or more therapeutic agents. Also described herein, are compositions comprising the conjugates, methods of their preparation, and methods of treating various disorders with the conjugates or their compositions.
