Abstract

The present invention relates to a compound of formula 1 and an organic electronic device comprising an organic semiconductor layer, wherein at least one organic semiconductor layer comprises a compound of formula (1), wherein X is selected from O, S or Se; Aris selected from unsubstituted or substituted Cto Cheteroarylene, and wherein the substituted Cto Cheteroarylene comprises at least about one to about six substituents, wherein the substituent of the substituted Cto Cheteroarylene are independently selected from Cto Calkyl, Cto Calkoxy, CN, OH, halogen, Cto Carylene, or Cto Cheteroarylene; n is 1 or 2; Lis selected from a single bond, Cto Calkyl, substituted or unsubstituted Cto Carylene, wherein the substituent of substituted Cto Carylene is selected from Cto Calkyl, Cto Carylene; Lis selected from a single bond or Cto Calkyl; R, Rare independently selected from substituted or unsubstituted Cto Calkyl, wherein the substituent of substituted Cto Calkyl is selected from Cto Carylene or Cto Cheteroarylene; wherein the compound of formula 1 comprises at least about 4 of C-arylene rings and a molecular mass of at least about 400 g/mol to about 1800 g/mol.
