For a sanitary attachment (), in which at least one part () can be transferred from a fixed position () into a released position () using a rotational movement, a receiver () designed as part of a key () is provided, with which the part () can be rotated, and which further features a ridge () that allows for engagement with an indentation () on the back of the part () and thus for axial detachment.
