Abstract
Provided is a steering mechanism () including a swing bar () which swings in response to input from a rider, a cam guide () slidable on a peripheral surface of a column section (), a ball joint () which slides the cam guide () in response to the swinging of the swing bar (), a cam follower () vertically provided on the peripheral surface of the column section () to rotate the column section () in response to the sliding of the cam guide (), and a coil spring () which returns the cam guide () to a predetermined rotation angle. The cam follower () comes in contact with a cam surface () of the cam guide () which has a recess surface shape, at two positions on the peripheral surface, in a state where the column section () is located at a predetermined position.
