Abstract

Speech analysis is performed by receiving estimated glyphs corresponding to an estimate made by speech-to-text software of what has been spoken out loud by a user; comparing the estimated glyphs with reference glyphs representing a text from which the user has attempted to read; and providing feedback relating to the user's speech based on the comparison of the estimated glyphs with the reference glyphs.
