Abstract
The invention provides a compound of formula (I), or pharmaceutically acceptable ester, amide, carbamate, solvate or salt thereof, including a salt of such an ester, amide or carbamate, wherein Ris an optionally substituted phenyl, or an optionally substituted 5- or 6-membered aromatic heterocycle; and Ris an optionally substituted 5- or 6-membered aromatic heterocycle. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of formula (I).
