Abstract

An N heterocyclic planar photocoupler output material is provided, and includes a structural formula as follows:R—R—R.The N heterocyclic planar photocoupler output material is selected from any one of following formula structures: The photocoupler output material has a very high 'n' value, so that the top-emitting electroluminescent devices using it have achieved very high luminous efficiency. Therefore, it saves time and costs. Also, a method of preparing an N heterocyclic planar photocoupler output material is provided.
