Abstract
A wireless communications device () includes a wireless interface () for conducting wireless communications with one or more network nodes () of a wireless communications network (). The wireless communications device () further includes a control circuit () configured to receive a plurality of reference signals transmitted by the one or more network nodes (), measure the plurality of reference signals to generate a plurality of positioning measurements, associate the plurality of positioning measurements with beam information, and select a set of positioning measurements with associated beam information for determining a positioning estimate of the wireless communications device ().
