An electroconductive film which is capable of inhibiting milkiness; and a touch panel and image display device that include the electroconductive film are provided. According to one aspect of the present invention, an electroconductive filmincluding at least an electroconductive part, wherein the electroconductive partincludes a light-transmitting resinand a plurality of electroconductive fibersplaced in the light-transmitting resin, and the diffused light reflectance (SCE) in a region of the electroconductive filmwhere the electroconductive partis present is 0.5% or less, is provided.
