Abstract
An assembly () for a medication delivery device () has a body (), a dose setting part () configured to be operated by a user for selecting a size of a dose, a piston rod () configured to be moved axially without rotating for dispensing a medication, and a drive member () being directly coupled to the piston rod () for driving the piston rod () in a dose dispensing operation, wherein the drive member () moves in a proximal direction in a dose setting operation. The medication delivery device () into which the assembly is incorporated may be a single-shot, variable-dose injection device, e.g., a syringe.
