Abstract
Disclosed is an absorbent article comprising; (a) a topsheet having a skin facing side and a core facing side, the topsheet being liquid permeable and having the core facing side coated with at least about 0.01 mg/m, preferably from about 0.05 mg/mto about 0.2 mg/m, of calcium carbonate; (b) a backsheet which is liquid impermeable; and (c) an absorbent core comprising an absorbent material, the absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet.
