Abstract
Wireless-conferencing radios communicate directly with each other without a base station using a multiple access protocol, such as Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA). A first radio is configured to communicate with a second radio in a first wireless-conferencing group using a first group profile. The first radio is configured to receive a second group profile for communicating with a third radio in a second wireless-conferencing group, so that the first radio can switch between the first wireless-conferencing group and the second wireless-conferencing group.
