Abstract
A rotation locking devicehas a locking gear; a reverse input blocking clutch having an input memberand an output member; and an engaging member, and switches between a first mode where an engaging claw portionengages with an engaging concave portionby the output memberrotating the engaging memberdue to the input memberbeing rotationally driven, and rotation of the locking gearis restricted, and a second mode where engagement between the engaging claw portionand the engaging concave portionis released and rotation of the locking gearis allowed.
