The assembling performance of an electronic control device can be improved. An electronic control device includes a control boardand a power source conversion board. The control boardincludes a first power source terminal, a first GND terminal, and a male floating connectoron one surface. The power source conversion boardincludes a second power source gripping terminalelectrically connected to the first power source terminal, a second GND gripping terminalelectrically connected to the first GND terminal, and a female floating connectorelectrically connected to a male floating connectoron one surface.
