Abstract

A compliance and effectiveness tracking engine system including a sensor system to obtain sensed sleep data for a sleep session for a user, and a user interface implementing a user data acquisition system to obtain perceived sleep data from the user after the sleep session. The system further includes a server system implementing a predictive engine to predicted sleep data for the user, based on user background data and transactional data reflecting one or more medical interventions for the user. The server implementing a compliance and effectiveness tracking engine (CETE) to compare the sensed sleep data, the perceived sleep data, and the predicted sleep data, and to determine effectiveness of the one or more medical interventions for the user, and compliance with a protocol associated with the one or more medical interventions.
