Abstract
A wavelength conversion device () comprises: a substrate (), a reflective layer () on the substrate () and a wavelength conversion layer () on the reflective layer (). The reflective layer () comprises a binder () and reflective titanium dioxide nanoparticles (). The nanoparticles () have a particle size of about 200 nanometers to about 500 nanometers. The reflective layer () has enhanced thermal stability. Methods of manufacture the wavelength conversion device are also disclosed.
