Abstract
A battery storage device includes a battery case () storing a battery (A orB) and a case side connection terminal () connected to a terminal portion () of the battery (A orB) stored in the battery case (). The battery storage device further includes a terminal displacement mechanism () and an operation member (). The terminal displacement mechanism () causes the case side connection terminal () to be displaced between a connection position (P) contact-connected to the terminal portion () of the battery (A orB) and a retreat position (P) separated from the connection position (P). The operation member () is capable of operating the terminal displacement mechanism ().
