The present disclosure relates to the field of organic electroluminescence materials and particularly relates to a compound and an organic light emitting display device. The compound has a structure represented by Formula (I): and, m, n, p, q, r, s, u, and v are each independently selected from 0 or 1, at least one of r and s is 1, at least one of u and v is 1, L, L, L, and Lare each independently selected from substituted or unsubstituted C6-C40 aryl, or substituted or unsubstituted C3-C40 heterocyclyl, and A, A, A, and Aeach are independently selected from an electron acceptor unit.
