Abstract
Provided herein are microtiter plates, systems, and uses thereof. In particular, provided herein are cell culture (e.g., microtiter plates) with a plurality of wells that comprise diffusion channels, systems comprising the devices (e.g., comprising cells), and use of the devices and systems in co-culture applications (e.g. in high throughput screening) and biological assays.
