Abstract
An inhaler article includes a body () extending along a longitudinal axis from a mouthpiece () end to a distal end with an endpiece element at the distal end (). A capsule cavity is defined within the body. An air inlet region is between the endpiece element () and the capsule cavity (). A composite porous support element () defines a downstream end of the capsule cavity. The composite porous support element is formed of a first porous material concentrically disposed about a second porous material. The first porous material has a first resistance to draw and the second porous material having a second resistance to draw. The first resistance to draw is different than the second resistance to draw. A mouthpiece air channel () extends from the capsule cavity, through the composite porous element to the mouthpiece end.
