Abstract

A laminate has a substrate layer, an intermediate layer, and a fluorine-based resin layer in this order, and has a total film thickness of 400 μm or less, in which a thickness of the fluorine-based resin layer is 20 μm or more and 150 μm or less and a water vapor permeability of the laminate is 0.5 g/m/24 hours or less.
