Abstract
A wheelchair W includes: a column shaft () extending from the rear portion of a front fork () and turnably supported by a vehicle-body frame (); a rocking bar () that is rockably attached to the vehicle-body frame () and rocks according to a force applied by a rider; and a link mechanism () that joins the rocking bar () and the column shaft () and turns the column shaft () according to rock of the rocking bar ().
